RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Domestic:
Please use the link [DO WE HAVE A LINK ON OUR PAGE FOR RETURNS?] to start your return.
Enter your order number and select the item you are needing to return/exchange to automatically generate your return shipping label.
Exchanges will be accepted within 16 days of your purchase with exception of final sale items. All tags must be intact, must be in original packaging (must have white product label and packaging must be intact), and products must be unworn. If return is not resell-able you will not receive a store credit code.
A store credit code will be granted equal to the value of the item(s) returned minus a $10 return shipping label fee.
No refunds are offered for returns.
International:
Please email info@velvetclothing.com to get more info on how to exchange. For international returns we will offer a store credit code for the value of the item returned as long as it is unworn and in original packaging. We do not cover shipping cost and do not allow refunds.
Black Friday / Holidays / Sales:
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items ordered on sale. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please allow extra time for orders to arrive when being ordered during a sale.
If you order between 11/13 and 12/25 you will be allowed until January 15th 2025 to return or exchange non sale items. All items must be unworn, have tags intact, and in original packaging to accept. We do not accept refunds on any items.
Please note: all sale items purchased through discount code or promotion are FINAL SALE, not eligible for altering your order, returns, and/or exchanges.
